By accessing or using Family Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Family Buddy is an AI-powered parenting coach that provides guidance, activity suggestions, and conversation support for families. Our service uses artificial intelligence to offer personalized recommendations based on your input.

3. Subscription & Pricing

  • Monthly subscription: pricing is shown at checkout
  • Includes 500,000 AI points per month
  • 7-day unconditional money-back guarantee
  • Cancel anytime through your account settings

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day unconditional refund window from your subscription start date. Refunds are processed automatically within 5-10 business days. After 7 days, refund requests require support review. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the AI to generate harmful or inappropriate content
  • Misrepresent AI responses as professional medical or legal advice

6. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

Important: Family Buddy is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Our AI provides general parenting guidance only. For mental health concerns, crisis situations, or medical issues, please consult qualified professionals.

7. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Family Buddy are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. After termination, we retain information only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes (for example, fraud prevention, billing records, and legal compliance). You can request deletion by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of the Netherlands.
