Refund policy

Family Buddy offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment.

1) Am I eligible?

You are eligible if you request a refund within 7 days of your subscription start date.

2) How do I request a refund?

Go to your Subscription page and choose Request Refund. This cancels your subscription and submits a full refund.

3) What happens after I request a refund?

Your premium access is removed after the subscription is canceled. Refund processing time depends on your bank and payment method.
